The process of becoming a dealer is as easy as 1.2.3:

  1. Complete the Reseller Agreement and Approval process.
  2. Complete our Reseller Training.
  3. Gain access to Centracom’s Calyspo system and off you go!

About Calypso

  • Allows Resellers to manage their Clients and Staff.
  • Full online quoting tool that produces professional documentation which can be co-branded.
  • Useable with iPad and Tablets.
  • Resellers are able to determine their own margins.
  • Choice of either upfront and/or annuity commissions.
  • Daily reports on client billing emailed to each Reseller.

Dedicated Resources

Each Reseller has full access to Centracom’s Voice, Cloud Solution and Connectivity Solutions Architects, as well as a dedicated Channel Manager assisting Resellers in focusing on what’s important: looking after new business and looking after current clients.

Voice White Labelled Resellers are fully supported with the ability to create their own SIP accounts and have their own access to the Centracom PortaOne switch.
