Sandra carried the work with commitment, and went the extra mile to service the customer. I found her helpful even in our sister company Wrigley- where she swiftly assisted and went beyond what was expected of her. she delivered according to spec and gave expert advice. She has been helpful even on services where we needed advice, services not covered by Centracom – i.e Video calling.
As a project coordinator – she has gotten involved even in the technical installation where she was physically doing the installing of telephone equipment- an example of her going beyond the call of duty- and commitment. Her role is difficult in that she has to depend on several aspects coming to place, i.e sales, technical etc – and has to take the knocks when things do not go accordingly.
She has showed growth in handling such instances, as the face of the company. Sandra has good potential for further growth- her rate of self development is amazing year on year.
I would like to have it noted that one of your technicians I deal with named Stefan Terblanche is possible the best staff member I have encountered in your company. The service he provides is absolutely outstanding, not only does he sort out any problems we may have but the effort he puts in to alert us that it is completed is unheard of now days. I would like to commend you as a company for having such a high caliber of staff. Stefan I would like to thank you for making our lives so much easier and knowing we can rely on you.
